Rum Punch with a Christmas Snap

The drink should be a golden brown and have a slight ‘gingersnap’ nuance.

  • 1 part fresh sweet lime juice
  • 2 parts falernum
  • 3 parts premium dark rum (Extra Old, Old Gold) dollop of the straight ginger beer syrup
  • 4 parts purified water (can be partly ice) dash of Angostura bitters freshly grated nutmeg on top.
