The drink should be a golden brown and have a slight ‘gingersnap’ nuance.
- 1 part fresh sweet lime juice
- 2 parts falernum
- 3 parts premium dark rum (Extra Old, Old Gold) dollop of the straight ginger beer syrup
- 4 parts purified water (can be partly ice) dash of Angostura bitters freshly grated nutmeg on top.
