Foul Bay is located on the south east coast of the island, in the parish of St. Philip and is home to a small fleet of local fishing boats. Foul Bay is stunning and very picturesque, a long, wide, open expanse of beach on a ruggedly attractive stretch of coastline.

Things to Do

Care should be taken when swimming here as the waves are big and break onshore so there can be a strong undertow at times. Getting in and out of the sea where the waves break is the hardest part, if you can get in to the water without being knocked over by the strong waves, then the sea here can be great fun diving under the huge waves. Only swim with others and please ensure you are all quite strong swimmers. It is also a great spot for body boarding.

This bay is perfect for family outings, picnics and an excellent location for weddings.

There are no amenities selling food or drink, and no beach chairs to rent. However, there is a shower and toilets. Foul Bay is so tranquil that it is the ideal place to relax.
