Barbados is situated at latitude 13° 10′ N and longitude 59° 32′ W and is the most Easterly Island in the Lesser Antilles. Therefore Barbados falls into the Atlantic Standard Time (AST) zone.
Barbados is only 21 miles long and 14 miles wide and does not have different time zones like more prominent countries. The Island does not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST), so the time differences will vary in the summer and winter for those countries that do observe DST.
